Terms of Service
These are the terms for using aiiqlabs.dev and the free learning platform at learn.aiiqlabs.dev, which we call The IQ Fleet. By using either, you agree to them.
Version 2026-08-25 · last updated 25 August 2026
The short version
- The courses are free. Not a trial, not free for now — free.
- The source code that comes with a course is yours to use, including at work.
- The course writing itself is ours; read it, learn from it, do not republish it as your own.
- Be decent to other people, and do not attack the service.
- We run this carefully but we do not guarantee it never breaks.
Who we are
AIIQLabs, operating from India and working globally, provides this site and The IQ Fleet. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
Your account
The courses are behind a sign-in, so taking one means having an account. It costs nothing and it is not a paywall — progress simply has to belong to somebody. You create an account by signing in with Google, GitHub or Facebook. You are responsible for keeping access to that provider account secure, because anyone who has it has yours.
You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person; do not share yours or sign in as somebody else.
We may confirm your email address before trusting it. Where the provider you used will not vouch that the address is yours, you will be asked to confirm it before the account is linked — this protects the person who already holds that address.
The courses are free
Every course is free to take, in full. There is no payment step, no subscription, no locked module, and no card details anywhere in the product. We are not going to put the material behind a price later and charge you for what you have already started.
If we ever offer something paid, it will be a new and separate thing, and these terms will be updated before it exists.
What you may do with the material
A course has two parts, and they are treated differently.
The source code
The code archives attached to each chapter, and any repository we link to, are yours to use: read them, run them, change them, and build on them in your own projects, personal or commercial, without asking us and without attribution. They are provided as teaching material and come with no warranty — see below.
The writing
The lessons themselves — the prose, the structure of the curriculum, the diagrams and the artwork — remain ours. You may read them, keep a copy for yourself, and quote short passages with credit and a link. You may not republish them, sell them, or present them as your own material, and you may not use them to train a model without our written agreement.
Teaching from them is fine. If you are running a class or a study group and want to point people at a course, that is exactly what it is for — send them the link rather than a copy, so they get the corrections.
Your fleet
You can invite people to learn alongside you. Invite the people you actually want to learn with — do not send invitations in bulk, to addresses that are not yours to use, or to anyone who has asked you to stop.
What members of a fleet can see about each other is deliberately small, and is set out in the privacy policy.
Using the service properly
Do not:
- break into, probe, or overload the service, or try to reach data that is not yours;
- scrape the courses wholesale, or automate accounts;
- impersonate anyone, or claim an email address that is not yours;
- use the platform to harass anybody, or to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Security research is welcome if you tell us first and give us a chance to fix what you find. Write to [email protected]. We will not come after anyone acting in good faith.
Suspension and ending your account
You can leave whenever you like. Ask us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it, as described in the privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right; for something serious, or where people are being harmed, we may act immediately.
What we do and do not promise
We put real care into this material and we correct mistakes when we find them. But the service and the courses are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site is always available, that a course is free of errors, that the code suits your particular purpose, or that following a course leads to a job or any other outcome.
Check what you deploy. Code from a teaching repository is written to explain an idea clearly, which is not always the same as being ready for production.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Other people’s services
Signing in uses Google, GitHub or Facebook, and courses link out to documentation and tools we do not run. Those have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we publish a new version with a new date. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept it the next time you sign in, and we keep a record of which version you agreed to — this one is version 2026-08-25.
We may also change or retire parts of the service, including individual courses. Material you have already worked through is yours to keep a copy of, and the code archives stay downloadable while the course is published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
