AIIQSense — AIOps that acts, not just alerts.

An AI-driven observability and auto-remediation layer that watches your nodes, logs, and resources in real time. When something breaks, it opens the ServiceNow ticket, runs the fix, and closes the ticket with the evidence. When it cannot remediate, the ticket stays critical and every attempted step is documented for the human who takes over.

The Problem

Alerts without action is a broken promise.

Every modern infrastructure team has monitoring. Most of them have alerts. Very few of them have closure. A CPU hits 95% at 3 AM. PagerDuty fires. Someone gets out of bed, logs in, reads the runbook, runs the same half-dozen commands they have run a hundred times, files a ticket, closes it, goes back to sleep. Multiply by every node, every service, every week of the year. The cost is not the outage — the cost is the human loop between detected and resolved.

The existing tools each solve a slice of this. Prometheus sees it. Grafana shows it. Ansible can fix it. ServiceNow tracks it. But none of them close the loop — they hand the problem to a human and wait. AIIQSense closes the loop. Detect → decide → act → document. One product, four verbs. When it works, the ticket opens, the fix runs, and the ticket closes with the evidence — usually before the on-call has finished reading the page. When it does not work, the ticket stays critical and the attempted remediation is logged in full, so the human who takes over starts with a complete audit, not a blank page.

How it works

Sense. Decide. Act. Document.

01

Sense

Continuous telemetry from Prometheus across nodes, networks, services, and processes. Log stream analysis catches what metrics miss — a memory leak creeping up over hours, a runaway process hoarding disk, a flaky service on the edge of timeout. Nothing slips through.

02

Decide

A domain-trained AI layer triages the symptoms against a library of remediation playbooks. A CPU spike gets a different response than a disk-full event. A flaky service gets a different response than a downed node. The AI is narrow on purpose — it knows ops, and it knows what it does not know.

03

Act

Ansible playbooks execute the remediation — kill the runaway, rotate logs, clear caches, restart services, isolate the node, page the owner. The same playbooks your ops team would have run by hand, only triggered in seconds and auditable line by line.

04

Document

Every step writes to a ServiceNow ticket as it happens. On success, the ticket closes with the full evidence trail. On failure, it stays critical and open — attempted steps, decision points, and environmental state all captured for the human who takes over. No blank pages, ever.

Capabilities

Built to be used, not admired.

◆

Dynamic tree view

A live topology of your estate — datacenter → cluster → host → service → process. Click through any level to see live state, recent incidents, and remediation history. No rebuild when infrastructure changes; the tree reshapes itself.

◆

Pre-built templates

A library of ready-to-ship remediation playbooks for the outages every ops team hits — CPU saturation, memory pressure, disk-full, service crash, node down, network partition. Drop in to your environment, author your own, or extend the defaults.

◆

Feature-rich dashboards

Grafana dashboards tuned for the questions ops teams actually ask — incident timelines, remediation success rates, MTTR trends, noisy hosts, playbook coverage gaps. Intuitive at a glance, layered for a deep dive.

◆

1-click deployment & portability

Stand up the full stack on cloud, on-prem, or hybrid with one command. Move between environments without re-wiring — the same deployment runs across AWS, Azure, GCP, bare metal, and air-gapped infrastructure.

Philosophy

AI + IQ. Together.

AIIQSense is what happens when AI is grounded. Not a generalist model guessing at your stack — a domain-trained intelligence that has learned how real monitoring tools behave, what real outages look like, and which remediation playbook matches which symptom. The AI proposes and acts. The IQ keeps it bounded.

AI that knows its job. Trained specifically on the tools and patterns that keep infrastructure running — Prometheus alerts, syslog signatures, process telemetry, network health. Narrow by design, deep in its lane. No hallucinated remediation. No generalist confusion about your stack.

IQ that keeps AI honest. Every action the AI takes is executed through Ansible playbooks you can read, audit, and override. Every decision leaves a ServiceNow trail. When the fix works, you see why. When it fails, the human who takes over starts with a complete audit of what was tried and why. The AI earns trust one ticket at a time — and the engineering discipline underneath it makes that trust recoverable when the AI is wrong.

Open source to freedom. Ansible. Prometheus. Grafana. ServiceNow. The battle-tested stack your ops team already trusts — extended, not replaced. No vendor lock, no proprietary black box between you and your infrastructure, no surprise pricing page six months in. You own what you run.

Extending what already works. AIIQSense does not compete with Prometheus, Grafana, or Ansible. It completes the loop they always left open. Detect → decide → act → document. One product, four verbs, closed. That is the difference between monitoring and operating.

Status & Roadmap

Shipped today. Shipping next.

Live today

Full detect-decide-act-document loop in production. Auto-remediation for the most common incident classes — high CPU, high memory, disk-full, node down, service crash, and flaky-service scenarios. Bi-directional ServiceNow integration (open, update, close with evidence, leave open with audit on failure). Dynamic tree view, pre-built Ansible templates, intuitive Grafana dashboards, and 1-click deployment across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid targets.

Shipping next

Expanded remediation coverage for application-layer incidents, deeper log pattern learning per environment, and extended alerting integrations (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Slack) alongside the existing ServiceNow loop.

On the roadmap

Per-environment AI fine-tuning on customer telemetry, cross-region orchestration for multi-site estates, and a template marketplace for sharing battle-tested remediation playbooks across the AIIQLabs user community.
